The installation and pickup were both seamless, thanks to their great customer service. I did need to request service once, and they were quick to send a technician who resolved the issue promptly. The monthly payments are on auto-pay, so I didn’t have to worry about missing a payment. Throughout the entire process, they've been professional, responsive, and reliable. Everything was easy and convenient. We had the service about 2.5 years and never experienced any issues with the washer/dryer we rented. After setting up the account they came quickly and installed everything for us. Monthly renewal happens automatically and I never had to do anything extra. I would recommend this service if you are looking to rent appliances in Austin!
