K&N Appliance Gallery

So we haven't taken delivery of our appliances yet, but I wanted to post what a wonderful experience working with Jared has been. Our order process has been very complicated on my end and he has just handled everything very professionally and really gone the extra mile. I cannot recommend Jared enough, and if you go to the showroom make sure to ask for him by name!

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but I had a mediocre experience with K&N. The showroom is great and the installation of my appliance went well, but the problem is that they didn’t leave a user manual for my $6000 coffee maker. It has a minimal design and is therefore difficult to operate without instructions. And they refuse to try to help me buy another manual. I had to print my own 108-page manual, which is hard to use due to the layout. Ultimately, it just isn’t great customer service.
