Luxe and Jason did an amazing job delivering our refrigerator and gas range! They were professional, courteous, and handled everything with great care. They were also friendly, polite, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole delivery experience enjoyable. They made sure everything was set up properly and answered any questions we had. Just had my Ice maker delivered by Neu Appliance. The transaction from start to end was absolutely awesome. Working with Miguel in store to our delivery guys, Lux and Mark. The process was easy and low pressure sales. They helped me find what I was looking for and had really good prices. Delivery was super easy. They texted me in the morning to let me know that I was on the schedule and called when they were on their way and arrived inside the window. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an appliance to check them out.

Trent and Jason came out for my new install. While extremely friendly, there is much that needs to be worked on. First use had a huge leak and our washer is upstairs. Seems the company is not familiar with washer pans. They just set the washer in the pan and didn’t connect it to the drain or place it in the right direction so the water went everywhere. Had to take off the next day to have them come back out and fix the leak and even though we mentioned the pan issue they sent one person so they could not adjust the pan because one person can’t lift the washer. So my husband had to take a few hours the next day which they still couldn’t fix because the original crew discarded a needed part. So today they had to come back out and make it right. So this is a 4 day instal. And quite a bit of time missed from work. Called and spoke with somebody yesterday to describe more of my experience (my house smelling of marijuana after installers got there) and nobody had reached out still. 2 stars because everyone has been very nice, and 2nd star because they finally fixed it. But it took too much work to get to this point.

Chris and Jesse did a fantastic job installing our new fridge. This is our second purchase with Neu Appliance. We also got our washer and dryer from them 6 years ago and the appliances are still going strong. The staff at the store is always very helpful and knowledge about their inventory. 10/10 would go check them out.
