Horrible service. Scheduled them to come out in January this year to fix my leaking refrigerator. He came out diagnosed the problem, said he would order parts and be back in 1 week. Never heard from him again. Called multiple times. Left messages. Nothing. 9 months later there was a recall on the ice maker. Booked the appt. Confirmed the appt. No one ever showed up or called.

I have worked with my fair share of contractors and repairmen. I have never left a negative review. Frigidaire assigned Rick, and for the past 9 months there has been nothing but ignored phone calls and promises that have never been kept. We still don’t have a functioning refrigerator. Do yourself a favor and stay away from R&R.

I called R&R Appliance Repair because my ice maker stopped working. They were very quick to respond, Levi worked on the icemaker for less then an hour. Said it was froze up, but should be working now after defrost. Charged me $95, but the next day no ice, so I called him back and he said the ice maker was broke and he would order me another one for $248. When it came in he installed it. I guess they don't work over weekends because he never returned my calls about the new ice maker not working. As a matter of fact I called him for 2 weeks straight and NEVER heard back from him. His grandfather finally told me to call someone else. I took Levi's word that the ice maker was broke and ordered another one that cost me $35. When it came in I took the one he installed out only to find the ice maker was not the problem. There was clearly a burn mark on the back of the refrigerator, so I turn the housing unit over and found the dispenser solenoid had burned out. This was the first time in my life I have ever worked on a refrigerator and I found the problem in 10 minutes and the part for $16. You need a appliance repair person....go to youtube.

The first time I used R&R to fix my dryer was a year ago and they showed up and did their job. This time I called them for a month and a half to fix my washer and they wouldn't return calls or txt. They send a lady (girl) over here to look at my washer, she was here for 10 minutes and told me the problem we thought it was, wasn't it. Never heard from them again. So I found someone to order the part and we fixed it our self. turns out It was what we thought it was... suspension rods. I would not recommend using their services. very unprofessional!

One of the best repair experiences I have had. My call was answered promptly. Rick came out when he said he would (very important and much appreciated). He diagnosed the problem (we needed a new ice maker), ordered the part, came back at the agreed time, and installed the new part. He was friendly and courteous. I would definitely use R & R again.
