This place is awesome! Great selection of fans and quick, quality install. What makes it even better is the service. We bought a fan there over 5 years ago. This morning when we woke up, the fan was dead...no blade action and the lights would not come on. I reset circuit breakers and even took the wall switch apart and checked with a multimeter to ensure the switch was good (it was). Just before going shopping for another fan I decided to call the store and ask if there was something simple I was overlooking. I spoke to Mike, and he told me in a few seconds how to check to see if it had lost it's programming (it had) and how to reset it. Saved me the dreaded shopping task, more money and another installation. Thanks Mike!! You would not get this kind of service if you bought at a big box store. I will only shop at Texas Ceiling Fans for any future needs. Skip the rest and go to the best....Texas Ceiling Fans!!

we had a really positive experience with Texas Ceiling Fans. awesome local store and great customer service. we looked in person at a bunch of fans around the store, and we were also given a couple catalogues to look through and given some additional info. Mike was friendly and helpful. we were told that they could order us whatever we liked that we saw, including different downrods and such, and we ended up ordering five fans from them. ordering was easy, pickup was easy, and I'm really glad we used Texas Ceiling Fans. very happy with our new fans!

This store is a national treasure!  I have been buying fans from Texas Ceiling Fans since the 1980s when I used to live in Austin.  John and Mike are super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  They really know their fans and are very generous with their time sharing their expertise.  Over the years I have become somewhat of a vintage fan collector with their help. Even though I'm no longer local, this is still my go to place for fans.  They recently helped me buy a new fan as well as restore an old Hunter Original classic fan.  What  a great resource and a refreshing contrast to nameless and faceless big box stores.  Good luck trying to get this kind of service from some website.  Thanks John and Mike, you guys ROCK!!
