We purchased all our appliances for our new home here and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Hometown Brand Center.

I love this furniture store! Has a little bit of everything, including appliances, like stoves refrigerators, washer, and dryers. And the guy is really nice and helpful

My family and I visited Home Brand Center to look for a leather sectional. Unfortunately, there was no one available on the sales floor to assist us. While I was browsing, my one-year-old picked up a plastic sign that displayed the price of a wooden table, then set it back down. Suddenly, an older man emerged from his office. As I was asking him if he could order a leather sectional, he aggressively grabbed the plastic sign out of my child's hand and accused my one-year-old of putting two holes in it. He then rudely exclaimed that he couldn't possibly sell the table now because of those holes. Additionally, I was concerned that he might have hurt my baby's arm when he yanked the sign away. His behavior was rude and unacceptable.

We are in the market for living room furniture so we recently visited this store. When we walked in the one person there was on the phone. Another man came in and walked up to the counter but was not acknowledged. He then went to look at fridges and the worker got off the phone, did some paperwork then finally came out. My wife asked him if he had sofas in something rather than leather. He gruffly replied that he had nothing in leather. So, she asked him if he could get something in fabric (I was on my way to the door at that point.) He rudely said that what he had was what he could get. She told him thanks anyway. I will not bother to walk into that store ever again. He is not friendly, helpful or courteous. And he is expensive, which I would tolerate, but not being treated as he treated us.
