I went in looking for a certain look, color, style. They had the recliner I wanted but the only one that was left was in a warehouse somewhere out of town. They only had that one and it was discontinued so I couldn’t order one. My chances of this last one of this kind were slim to none. So I ordered another kind but I was t like the one I truly wanted. After about 4 hours went by and they had found the one I really wanted in that big ol warehouse with probably 800 plus couches. They didn’t have to go searching but they did. They went above and beyond to get me that couch. I am beyond grateful and super excited!!

The showroom was clean, well organized, and had a wide variety of styles to choose from, whether you’re looking for something modern, classic, or budget-friendly. We had a wonderful experience with Quality Furniture, especially working with John. He treated my grandma with so much kindness, patience, and respect, which truly meant a lot to our family. He really took the time to understand the challenges we were facing with removing her old furniture and helped us come up with a practical, stress-free solution. On top of that, John made sure we got a great deal on a sofa. The whole experience felt supportive and thoughtful from start to finish.
