I had a great experience with Alex from ASI Appliance Repair. My washing machine stopped working, and Alex was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was repairing it. What I appreciated most was his honesty and efficiency—he arrived on time, worked quickly, and had my washer running like new again. It's hard to find reliable repair technicians these days, but Alex exceeded my expectations. If you're having appliance issues and need someone you can trust, I highly recommend Alex and ASI Appliance Repair. Excellent service from start to finish!

0 Stars if possible I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with ASI Appliance has been extremely disappointing. My Whirlpool washer has had an unresolved issue since installation, specifically failing to properly drain and spin clothes dry. Multiple technicians have visited the home, yet the problem remains unresolved. What has been most frustrating is not the appliance itself, but the service process. Despite repeated reports of the same issue, the unit was ultimately classified as "working as designed." When I attempted to schedule additional service for the same unresolved problem, I was told I would need to pay an additional diagnostic fee unless Whirlpool provided special authorization. As a customer who purchased warranty coverage specifically to avoid situations like this, being asked to pay more money to continue investigating the same unresolved issue felt unreasonable. At no point has anyone provided a satisfactory technical explanation for why clothes continue to come out excessively wet after the spin cycle, nor has a meaningful path toward resolution been offered. Instead, I have spent months being redirected between the manufacturer, warranty provider, and service company. I understand that diagnosing appliance issues can be difficult. What I cannot understand is how multiple service visits can result in no resolution, no explanation, and ultimately a request for additional payment from the customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ASI Appliance.

Edwin did a great job in analyzing what I thought was an issue with our dryer. It turned out that there was nothing wrong. He sent me a photo of the inside of a brand new dryer from the factory and it ooked exactly like our dryer proving to me that there was nothing wrong with the dryer. What I thought was a defect in design was not! We are very happy with the performance of our new Maytag dryer! Thank you, Edwin, for your professionalism and knowledge. We really appreciate it!

We have a Maytag that's not two years old and broken already. We called Maytag that charged us $400 for a service call. This was on a Thursday. The first available appointment was the following Monday. ASI appliance came out, very nice man and diagnosed a cheap plastic part that failed. We expected it to be fixed today. BUT NO. We were told the part has to be ordered and it will be 1-2 weeks before we hear from them again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? $400 TO WAIT 2-3 WEEKS? FROM THE MANUFACTURER? COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY BY HOW RIDICULOUS THIS IS. NEVER AGAIN.

ASI Appliances has amazing customer service office team. It’s the folks that come to fix the problems that doesn’t sit well with me…The first guy that came out to fix our refrigerator, had no clue as to what he was doing. He was asked not to move the refrigerator without assistance because the fridge is heavy and he did so anyway and ripped our floor vinyl. I asked for him not to return. He told us we needed a plumber, had a plumber to come out to look and spent $69.99 for nothing. The second guy Luis came out and informed my husband of what to do to fix the issue with the fridge and he stated that he is not allowed to touch or move the appliances. I have never heard such foolishness. My husband resolved the issue with instructions from Luis. The issue is now resolved.
