Wilson's Appliances is amazing. Their customer service is above and beyond excellent. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for an appliance. I first used them during Covid in 2020 to purchase a GE refrigerator. Of course, during that time it was out of stock due to all of the issues with inventory supplies. It took 6 months to get it, but I received phone calls during that time, providing updates as they received them. My last purchase was a Speed Queen washing machine in May 2026. Customer service once again was excellent. The delivery guy was so kind and friendly also. This is an amazing family owned company that truly cares about their customers.

It is so refreshing when you find a company like Wilson’s Appliances. From the very first phone call to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher until the final installation, the process was smooth and absolutely flawless! All of the associates in the store were courteous, professional and so very knowledgeable. The pricing was excellent and beat all the local big box stores. A special thank you to Hailie, who stayed in contact throughout the entire sales process. Our installation day came much earlier than we thought. Another pleasant surprise. Our service installation tech was Anthony. He was prompt, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. He took the time to insure that everything was installed to our liking, and then did a short tutorial on the dishwasher’s operation. We are fortunate to have Wilson’s Appliance right here in Montgomery County. If you are in the need of any new appliances, don’t hesitate in calling Wilson’s!

Great local company to deal with. They showed up earlier than expected to deliver and install our new washer and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The new Speed Queen washer has been running non-stop since it arrived lol. Thanks to the professionals at Wilson’s. This is our second purchase from these folks. A+
