ASAP Appliance Service is absolutely fantastic! I had an issue with both my refrigerator and freezer, and from the moment I contacted ASAP Appliance, I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Their communication was prompt, professional, and they made the entire process seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Mike, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair with exceptional attention to detail. The quality of his work truly exceeded my expectations. My experience with ASAP was quite poor. They were highly recommended to me by a friend and their Google reviews are overwhelming positive. Anyway, I called them for help with two old Viking dishwashers that came.with my.house. The one I've been using for the 7 years I've been in the house has a beat up looking control panel, prongs for holding dishes that are broken, etc. Still it worked great until suddenly when it didn't. The other one is a bit newer and looks better cosmetically, but the lights on the control panel are hard to read and and I couldn't figure out how to use it. I called ASAP to check both of them out. The guy they sent took one quick look at the first one and told me it was unrepairable and that I should just buy a new Frigidaire. Literally, he took one look at it. Pushed no buttons and did no examination of the unit whatsoever. I subsequently discovered that a button was not pressed and the dishwasher works fine. The guy then looked at my other Viking and told me it needed a control panel replacement. He expressed doubt that he could get the part but he would try. Again he advised me to just buy a new Frigidaire. (He told me at least 3 times to just buy a Frigidaire). He called a few days later to tell me that he could get the part, told me the cost and I okayed it. That was May 25th. I've heard nothing from ASAP since. It's now July 2nd. Meanwhile I fiddled around with the supposedly unrepairable one and discovered that it's working just fine. Perhaps ASAP sent me a technician who is not up to their usual standards. I don't know but based on my experience I can't recommend them. The service fee I paid was a.complete waste.

I have been using ASAP Appliance Service for over 20 years. They have repaired numerous appliances in my home and always work to resolve the problem as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Mike has been exceptional- he is knowledgeable and has gotten us out of several appliance emergencies with great skill. I highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repair needs

I contacted ASAP Appliance Service and Mike came out. He was very easy to talk to and actually took his time checking everything instead of rushing. Within about an hour, he figured out the issue with the fridge and fixed it, and he also got the dishwasher working again. What I really appreciated is that he was honest about everything and didn’t try to overcharge or push unnecessary repairs. After dealing with others, that made a big difference. At this point, I honestly feel like he’s the only one I would trust with these kinds of appliances. Highly recommend Mike if you want someone reliable and knows what he’s doing.
