I tried to ask about the price on a table. I got a fully disinterested response as she walked by without even slowing down. I had to chase her down and ask if the legs could be removed to put it i. the car. Barely audible reply was we cant do that. Fine, do you have a wrench so I can do it? No response at all. Nevermind. I left. I won't be back.

I do enjoy shopping at this store because they have a great selection of furniture, home décor, and pictures. There's always a wide variety of unique items to browse, and that's what keeps me coming back. My only complaint is the customer service. Unfortunately, the employees at checkout have never been very friendly or helpful. It often feels like you're completely on your own if you have questions or need assistance. A simple smile, greeting, or willingness to help would make such a big difference. The store itself is wonderful, but the lack of customer service honestly makes me think twice about coming back. I truly hope management addresses this because the shopping experience could be so much better

There is lots of furniture, new & used lighting, flooring, bed frames, all kinds of cabinets, decor, hardware, light bulbs, dining tables and couches, ottomans, desks, many things to see and would definitely come here if I need to purchase something for my home to check it first before buying full prices retail.

First time coming to this location, been to others. Gotta hunt for the deals, but great place to shop. Very big selection, some employees were helpful. Would have been 5 star except for the checkout lady was rude and very uninterested in her job.

I am very sad that this store is no longer helpful for me. Old broken cabinets are being sold for the same price as new ones at Lowes or Home Depot. They have never sold the two story tiny home that was built in the parking lot, and it is sitting rotting. I watched as they threw large framed pictures into the trash and purposely broke the glass so it wasn't usable. I promise if it was marked to the price it should be, it would have been sold, if not used in a habit home. $140 for a broken cabinet! I didn't see the cabinet top was broke when I purchased it.
