Bought a new washer & dryer here recently & it’s perfect. New never been used with a few minor scratches on the exterior. Great place. Great price. They even lent me their dolly so I could move my units. Would & have been recommending!

Over 6 months now no technician came in, there is no technician anyway my dryer stayed on all night for 7 hours almost causing a fire and using huge amounts of electricity my bills come up to 400$ in electricity because of you

We purchased a refrigerator from them, who managed both delivery and installation. Approximately one month later, we discovered that the water line fitting on the refrigerator’s side had been leaking, likely for a few weeks, resulting in extensive and costly damage to our wood flooring. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they are now unresponsive to my calls or messages.

Genuine people who run this and if you are fortunate to get what you want and it turns out well I believe it is possible with this establishment. My experience wasn't positive. The listing they published showed condition of a dryer as Used-Like New. And the outside was in good shape. Also the dryer appears to function. However before I left the shop my understanding from asking the business rep was they had switched the door to hinge on the left and not the right, it had not. Also, the dial used to choose dry cycle requires 4-5 clicks per turn. When I called they did send someone out, however that individual stated this particular model requires multiple clicks per position change. He also implied the door couldn't be switched although I would have paid for the switch, but he didn't offer. I did research after this and found a different dealer with the same dryer showing Used-Like New at a lower price and the position changed one click each. I also verified this is how it should work by calling LG directly. I also found a video for how to change the hinge side of the door and its possible and all parts are already in the door. While genuine, my experience was they are not honest or not well informed. They were speedy on getting someone out for a fair price same day for hookup (I transported it at my own choice). Likely will resell it myself and go another direction. They offered to "swap," but I chose not to do business with them going forward. That was my choice. They've said it has a 90-day warranty so my assumption is that would still hold up as long as it has not been resold by use meaning it wouldn't transfer, but that's my assumption.
