Bought a used washer and dryer for 300. Dryer barely works and washer dumped an entire load of water and water was spilling out of the machine all over my floors. It ruined the floors in my apartment . I called almost immediately after the dropped off and have been trying to get my money back for a week. They keep telling me they will send it to me but just don't ever send it. Be careful what you buy here I would have been better off grabbing one from a random person apparently.

Bought an LG washer from them 2 weeks ago, it seems to be working great so far. I was a bit skeptical about buying from them at first because they come off as a bit sketchy, and when I bought the unit I had an appliance repair technician whom I am close with take off the panel and inspect the repairs that were made. He was able to point out the components that were replaced and appears like they did a few repairs which was expected. Seems like they get damaged or broken units for cheap and after making repairs sell them for a small profit. Nothing wrong with that since if repairs are done correctly a unit could easily last for another 5-10 years (according to my technician). I was able to get a steal of a deal on a working washer so I'm happy.

I bought a washer and dryer here in July 17th in anticipation of moving into my new house on August 6th. It took them 3 days and awful contact to deliver them (me waiting for them for hours each time). After getting in the house I finally got to do laundry the following week, as I moved stuff in. The dryer worked for one load and then stopped working completely. I notified them on August 13th and they said yes it's covered. They have yet to pick it up (8/23). They are awful at communicating and the number I had for them they said it's the wrong # (even though they called me from it) Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Writing this review after a second try with them. First time I went I saw a Facebook ad of a washer and dryer combo for $250 and I told them I was on my way. Come to find out they sold it as soon as I got there so now I wasted my time and they didn’t hold it for me like they said they would. They tried to make it right by giving me $10 off and offering me a different washer, keep in mind these washers are reconditioned so some are very dirty and banged up. I gave them a chance and took another set and came with 30 day warranty. Well come to find out the washer was no good. Didn’t fill up water fast and made a loud noise when washing. I took it back and they were giving me attitude like if I did something and they almost didn’t honor their warranty but they ended up giving me another washer but they weren’t very happy about it because everyone was questioning me about how I wash and that I did something. So now my first time using the second washer and the first time went well but now leaves my clothes really wet I tried the cycle 3 times and still the same situation. I am tired of how they treated me and tired of going back after 2 mistakes on their washers that they dont know how to fix. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
