Oliver Dyer's Appliance

The sales man (Dillon) was very nice and helpful. We bought the fridge in the morning and came back in the afternoon to pick it up. (It was a scratch and dent). When we came in the afternoon around 3 to pick up the fridge, many people walked past us without asking if we needed help. We had to go inside and try to find someone to help. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s was a scratch and dent but they were handling it roughly when loading causing damage to the back waterlines. We had to exchange it for a different fridge with not much trouble which was nice. Overall okay experience, just wish we weren’t looked over by staff.

Very disappointed. I feel ripped off! The technician came pushed the buttons filled and emptied the dishwasher a few times and because it failed to leak at the time he asked how old the dishwasher was we said 5 years old ( a black stainless top control kitchen aide ) he said you need a new one. He had looked under the cabinet and said your drain hose isn’t high enough up. Even though it had previously never had any problems. I asked if the could pull it out and look under it and he said for 200 more dollars than the service call. He didn’t even do the simplest thing of removing the bottom plate to look at any lines for a leak at all. He then talked about how we maybe loading the dishwasher wrong and causing the leak. He had ran late to our appointment stating he had a difficultly at the previous appointment so I feel he just decided to take a break and collect a 100.00 service fee and said I will have Mike in sales give you a call about a new install. I bought a high dollar oven from this place in February 2026 and have been satisfied with that. But I won’t call them out for service on anything again. Mike in sales did call and said if we bought a new dishwasher from them it would be discounted 100.00.

We were lucky enough to meet Alex Ramirez as we walked into the showroom. We had already been to quite a few big box places. Everyone knows, once you start shopping, doing price comparisons and trying to figure out the options on your own, it all becomes a memory game. For us, it boiled down to the customer service and his product knowledge of every brand. He led us to the perfect W/D. I highly recommend Alex and Oliver Dyer's.

We had a fridge delivered that I ended up not liking, no fault of Oliver Dyer’s. We made the decision to return it. Normally one might encounter hassles as a customer if you wanted to do this. It truly isn’t what a company wants to hear that the customer wants to return a fridge! Ugh! But Oliver Dyer has been nothing but very professional and understanding. Ben has been amazing. Very kind and professional and excellent follow up and communication . The delivery gentleman were so thorough. Very considerate of the floors, furniture and clean up. I know I will be taken care of when the second fridge comes in two weeks. I’m so sorry we didn’t connect with the first one. But I have had not one hassle about it. Thank you!!!
