Ollie's Bargain Outlet

Sooo overpriced, not even cheap. They have the customers there thinking it's a "good deal"...you know it's bad when the 7eleven king size candy on sale is cheaper. So disappointed and my first time going to that Ollie's. Also, Reeses pieces candy was on sale but it was either already expired or had a few days left, one had been out of date for months, unacceptable. It's an overpriced mess. I would not recommend. Too bad I didn't bring my phone inside to take pics of the clownery. Unacceptable, do betterOllies.

In light of what's happening across the country and so many dealing with tough times, we are so grateful (as retirees) to be able to find dry good treasures at Ollie's - canned vegetables, cake & cookie mixes at half of retail prices. It is so worth trying varieties of goods. 85 percent are hits - tasty at incredibly reasonable prices. Ollie's has become a regular stop for grocery supplements, dog treats and many other things. We are devoted Ollie's customers. Hope more people discover the value we have in your stores!!

Going to Ollie's is like going on a treasure hunt you have to go through each and every aisle and see what is there, you won't be interested in everything but you might miss something that you didn't know existed and could be of great use to you. It's almost like going to a yard sale but everything is new and not used. They have a diverse variety of merchandise from food to clothing all at prices lower than in conventional retail outlets. No refrigerated or frozen food except for maybe some beverages but many shelf stable canned and packaged food are available from candy, chips and snacks to canned soup. Even organic and healthy options are present with expiration dates far into the future. Many items will be as much as half the price as full retail. But if you don't buy it when you see it don't expect it to still be there at your next visit, things change from one visit to the next. Update September 15th 2025 all the above is still true although I didn't buy any food items this time.

We visited the store as it was a new outlet in Irving area. We found some good offers and purchased few items. Late when we changed our mind and I went to the store to return few items. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes literally just for the manger to come and enter his credentials to authorise the return. In fact this would have been done even in 5 to ten minutes also. Their software for returns was asking the managers authorisation for every button click on the screen. Once he enters the credentials, he is out of the place and have to wait until he reaches back to authorise again. A very bad return experience I ever experienced in the USA. And for the return policy, while billing the staff told us that we can return within one month from the date of billing. But on the receipt it is mentioned the returns are accepts on or before the end of current month, which is only 4 days for me.

Ollie's Bargain Warehouse in Irving, TX is just okay. While they do offer a wide variety of products at discounted prices, the overall shopping experience can be a bit chaotic. The store is often crowded and disorganized, making it difficult to find what you're looking for. The customer service is also hit or miss, with some employees being helpful and others seeming disinterested. However, if you're willing to put in the time and effort to search through the aisles, you may be able to find some good deals. Overall, Ollie's Bargain Warehouse in Irving, TX is not the best shopping option, but it can be worth a visit if you're looking for discounted items.
