Absolutely amazing customer service! Went in with a rough idea of what I was looking for and parameters from my plumber that I didn’t understand and they sat down and built out the perfect bathroom features for me to have installed in my new bathroom! I went in about an hour before they closed not expecting to stay that long, but with the help I needed I was there a little longer than I originally thought. The best part is during the process of piecing together the right fixtures I was not rushed even after the store had closed!! They sat with me built my order and an account for me so I could purchase when I was ready (and I did purchase with them) and even worked with me on a little discount to help with the expenses- cause new bathrooms don’t come cheap! We love the fixtures we got here and will be so happy to come back to Ferguson for our next project!!

Purchased a double oven and cooktop. A few days after the installation the oven door pulled away from the frame. Called Ferguson sales associate on 4/23 to send a repairman out to fix it. Said someone would call for an adjustment. No one called. Texted sales associate a week later and on 5/11. No response. It’s been almost two months since we purchased the appliances and I’m so dissatisfied in the lack of service or that no one, especially our sales associate, hasn’t responded to take care of this in a timely manner. With the people I’m in contact with I won’t refer Ferguson Home Appliances anymore, in fact will express my concerns.

We were excited to receive our new vanity. Unfortunately the review is so low because we spent $4500 and had a vanity delivered and left in our driveway. We were told it would be a scheduled delivery and we would sign for it. Neither of which happened. They use R&L and R&L stated Ferguson is responsible for ensuring indoor delivery. So now I have a 600lb vanity that I paid $4500 sitting in my driveway instead of my garage. I was even home to receive the delivery and he absolutely refused to put it in my garage. Both point the finger at each other. Beware of delivery services.

My husband and I were taking a gentleman to test drive a car and stopped in this strip mall to discuss logistics, while they were talking I decided to go inside Ferguson to use the restroom not knowing what kind of store it was until I walked in. Never have I in my life walked out of a restroom wanting to purchase a $6200 toilet until that day. Lol. Laughing about this to myself I proceeded to tell my husband and the gentleman who was purchasing the vehicle. They both laughed even harder come to find out the gentleman purchasing the vehicle builds/sold commercial restrooms so he appreciated a good toilet lol.

Super friendly staff. They greeted us as we entered the store. They pointed out what we wanted to look at, have is time to look around, and then talked through all of the trees and options... Many, many options! Very personalized input. They are not trying to sell you something... They listen to what you u say and show you options. Very polite and patient!
