STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!! I believe in supporting local businesses, but this experience changed my perspective. When issues came up with a product I purchased here, I didn’t get the support I expected. After looking into it, I found many other customers have had similar problems. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Word of mouth matters, and I hope this helps others make an informed decision. Just because you don’t know me doesn’t change fact that we purchased several items from you with the extended warranty and you as a business will find any reason NOT to honor said warranty.

Went to Janos with a Home Depot quote for a price match on a refrigerator. The salesperson assured me it included an ice maker, so I moved forward—and even purchased a matching range. At installation, I was told there was no ice maker. The salesperson admitted she had a mistake but after consulting with "office people" my only choice was to pay the $150i. Neither manager nor owner would speak to me.paid the extra $150 because I needed a refrigerator that day, but it’s hard to understand why a business would risk its reputation over that amount. Honestly, I’ve had more straightforward transactions at THE FLEAMARKET. Buyers beware...I won't be returning!!

I went yesterday afternoon about 15 minutes before they closed and was hesitant because they were closing but we were greeted with nothing but pure kindness and smiles. Even showed us there selection of recliners we were interested in buying. Credit check took 5 minutes or less. And they told us that they could deliver for free tomorrow morning wow!!! Sure enough they should up at 11am. In less than 24 hours I had it in my living room beautiful and soft and comfortable recliner. Thank you Jano's for your Great Service and Beautiful Furniture.

STAY AWAY! AVOID!!! Biggest Crooks in RGV This company sold my disabled parents a defective SpeedQueen washing machine that cost $1500. Machine was broken from Day 1 and leaked water. Jano's refused to replace or offer a refund for this BRAND NEW machine. Instead, they illegally registered the washing machine under my Mom's name to prevent us from getting a refund or a replacement. When we asked for the Store Manager or Company Rep, they said there was no manager. Suuuuure. Sneaky tricks from this place. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. They will take your money, sell defective products, and then throw you to the wolves. WORST APPLIANCE EXPERIENCE EVER IN RGV. Folks, go somewhere else. Very dishonest company and they will take ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY AND DISABLED.
