Ian was wonderful. He worked methodically, was respectful of our home, and communicated clearly about the health of our system. It was a relief to have our HVAC system checked out for this summer heat. We were told over the phone that we could have a special rate. The dispatch asked how many systems we had. I told her we had 2 systems. She still quoted the special rate. It turns out there is an extra charge for the additional unit. I am still leaving 5 stars for the service. However, just a note to anyone with more that one system. Definitely verify pricing. To their credit, scheduling was easy and accurate. Pricing was the only small issue. Edit: I previously had an oven repair done by Vasyl and Ian. I cannot compliment them enough. The whole process was professional, efficient, and transparent on pricing from start to finish. Easily 5 stars. I am updating this review to reflect my most recent service experience.

Had an issue with my washer leaking. Contacted excellence appliance repair and they had Oleksandr out within an hour. Olexsandr pinpointed the issue within thirty minutes and had parts ordered and repaired the following day. Excellent service all around. Oleksandr was straightforward quick and efficient in getting the job done. No hassle, haggle or price gouging on his part. I will definitely reach back out to them for any appliance issues in the future.

Oleksandr did a fantastic job fixing my dryer! He was timely in arriving. He was timely in the repair. My dryer was a mess, and he had all the parts to fix it! Also, it's in a ridiculously precarious place. That was no problem for him. Fixed me up quick for less than half of the price of a new dryer. Did it quickly. Was very friendly. Was reasonably priced. And super mindful of everything. I highly recommend him and Excellence. If I break any more of my appliances (I probably will), I will definitely use them again! Thanks, Oleksandr!
