Very friendly and helpful. Good prices. He delivered and set up at no extra cost! Unfortunately we have to change our review that I made right after purchase. The microwave just quit working during use. Made strange sound and quit. The stove has many issues from not cooking properly to the whole thing being bent from an obvious drop. The top will not even connect to the stove because there are pieces missing and on delivery they very obviously bent it to make it stay in place. I wondered why he was so eager to have it delivered that day and set it up himself. I'm just guessing but it's right here in front of my face and that's what it looks like.

Spent time on the phone wanting to purchase a stove. Lady kept going back and forth as if she had something more important to do. Took my information and said she would talk to her brother and get back to me. We'll, hours later, so I called. Lady had no clue what I was calling for and wanted me to ho through the whole process again. Sorry, but that is poor customer service.

Another GREAT experience with Roden Appliance. This time my fridge shot craps. Got a new one from Roden Appliance at a great price AND it was delivered and installed ON THE DAY I BOUGHT IT !!! I like doing business with local small business because the money stays in the community. The great service and great price just makes it that much better. Need a new appliance? This is the place to go!!!

We try to support local businesses and when our washing machine went out we started and ended our search here. The people working here are very nice and professional. Their price included a 1 yr parts and labor warranty. We have bought from them before and have also used the warranty before. The gentleman comes right out and will fix the machine on the spot. I'm guessing they keep common parts to the machines they sale on hand for services. This is an outstanding business and will continue to keep our business.
