Appliance Repair Guys

Fin was the technician that came out (we had asked for him again because he came out a previous time the year before for a different issue that he fixed) and he was amazing again! We have an older unit, he came exactly on-time, diagnosed the issue, had the part, fixed and replaced it, and we are back up and working on getting cool again. Our doggies and us are very thankful. We have powerful/cold air again in less than 24 hours from when it failed. These guys, especially Fin, know their HVAC stuff. As you can see in the photo the house was at 81 degrees, we were hot! Hopefully soon we can budget to replace our old units, but for now, we are back up and working on keeping cool, thanks to Fin! Will absolutely continue using them in the future, highly recommend!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Viktor and his young apprentice (Michael?) installing a new furnace and installing AC for the first time in my 100 year old house. As anyone knows, old houses are full of surprises and they handled everything beautifully and without incident. They went above and beyond, staying late and also returning the next day. Would absolutely employ them again.

Great service and scheduling, highly recommend! My Whirlpool WRF560SEHZ French door refrigerator (purchased in ‘21) suddenly stopped cooling. I attempted to clean the backside and make sure everything I could view was tightened and secure. After a day’s attempt, I decided to research for a local repair team who could provide support. Luckily, I found the HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys! I simply filled out their online form, and rather than a call received updates via text messaging from Emma. She was helpful with gathering information and asking questions ahead of time for the technician. Alexis from the team showed up on time, parked where I instructed earlier (zero parking in our complex), and within minutes diagnosed our issue. Overall, he was polite, professional, and addressed my questions as needed. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you team for the work and SAME DAY service, it is appreciated! For those interested, the thermostat on our fridge stopped working and was building up ice around it; hence it was indicating it didn’t need to cool so no airflow was happening for it. The photo shows the top right where the thermostat is located and ice buildup.

Viktor and Stan did a great job replacing both 20 year old furnace and AC in the same day. They were fast, friendly, and easy to work with. From the initial consult to installation, it was smooth sailing, and the quote was below the others I got. They were able to fit me in within a week here in April. Would def recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.
