Ollie's Bargain Outlet

It's a hit or miss bargain outlet, sometimes you'll find something great and other times not so much. Overall, I would say I've often had better experiences than bad and have saved quite a lot by opting to come here. This particular location has a lot of hygiene related items, snacks, and the occassional furniture deal.

It's a bit unorganized here but I was so able to find the sections that I need to go to. The restroom was pretty clean and they weren't really items on the floor where I could trip but it was more the shelves that weren't organized. Honestly in these times I don't mind a little bit of a mess as long as I find what I need for a decent lower price. Employees here are really helpful and courteous.

There is alot of interesting stuff at Ollies! You'll do well if you've made a shopping list beforehand... We've gotten good deals on area and runner carpets, coffee maker and toaster as well... The food prices are either the same or in some cases higher than a big name grocery store... The parking lot is big so that's not a worry. Like more and more stores you've got to navigate a one way path thru rows of "impulse buy items".. they aren't the only store that does this ... You can 'join the club', which gets you notices on certain items from time to time. Long and short- look carefully and you'll likely find at least SOME good deals...

At checkout, we were told the cashier could not return our 4 cents in change, and the amount was kept by the store. When I asked whether we could receive a nickel instead—since the store owed us more than we owed them—the request was declined. While the amount is small, my concern is the practice itself. If this occurs across multiple transactions, it results in customers collectively losing money. Customers should either receive change rounded in their favor or be asked for consent before any amount is retained. This seems like a policy issue that corporate should review and clarify. Stars to bring corporate attention. Overall experience was 4/5
