Horrible customer service. I had used them one time before and had no complaints, so I recommended them to a friend. They never showed after making two appointments with her. At the same time they did the same thing to me on my second repair. Promised a call back two times and never did contact me. FYI the men who came to pick up my appliance on my first repair only speak Spanish. Not good for those who speak English.
