I went today to Trevino Appliance looking for a quality washer at a reasonable price. First of all the customer service is exemplary. Oscar assisted me, he has a wealth of knowledge in reference to appliances sold at the store. In a matter of time he pointed me to the washer that best suited me and addressed what I was looking for. When I left the store I felt the purchased I had made covered the three Bs, Bueno, Bonito, Barato! Quality management is in the purchase department as one deals with Oscar and is evident in the delivery process as I witness from Luis and Maddaleno. They tested the washer before leaving and made sure all my concerns were addressed before leaving. These guys were born to deal with washers. Thank You

I had an incredible experience at this location ! The customer service was outstanding, and the manager, Oscar Zapata, was especially impressive—his knowledge and expertise made the process so smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across a store with such attentive service, and I will definitely be returning for any other appliances I need; especially with the 5 year warranty they offer. Highly recommended!
