Mr. Service Appliances

I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Service Appliance Repair regarding my built-in refrigerator ice maker repair. The ice maker stopped making ice, so I called this company for service. On the first visit, they charged me a $50 service fee but did not repair anything. They simply told us to unplug the refrigerator, plug it back in, and wait two days. I told them I did not believe that would solve the issue, but they insisted it would. After waiting, the ice maker still did not work. A week later, I had to call them back again, and they charged another $35 trip fee. This time they claimed the entire ice maker needed replacement and quoted $385 plus another trip charge. They demanded full payment upfront. I was uncomfortable with that, so we only agreed to pay $200 toward the part. After another week, the technician returned to install the part. He told us to wait 24 hours for ice production. I explained that we wanted to confirm the machine was actually working before paying the remaining balance. The technician became upset and stated that if we did not pay immediately, there would be no warranty. After waiting two more days, the ice maker still produced no ice at all. When I contacted the company again, they refused to return unless we paid more money first. In my experience, this company was unprofessional, dishonest, and unable to properly repair the appliance. I do not recommend using this business.

Pésimo servicio. Fueron a mi casa y se llevaron mi lavadora para revisar el problema. Cuando la regresaron, no le instalaron la pieza que habían ordenado; solamente nos la entregaron para que nosotros mismos la colocáramos. Al intentar usar la lavadora, el problema seguía persistiendo. Cuando tratamos de comunicarnos con ellos, bloquearon uno de nuestros números y tuvimos que llamar desde otro teléfono. Después volvieron a llevarse la lavadora y ya lleva más de una semana sin ser reparada. Nuevamente intentamos comunicarnos y volvieron a bloquearnos. Son unos ladrones y más vale que me regresen mi dinero; de lo contrario, llamaré a la policía.

To be truthful, this company does not know what they are doing, they came to fix my fridge but did not find the solution for it, I had to call Samsung themselves to analyze what the issue and had to tell me what the other tech was doing a bandage solution. On top of this, i reached out for the money back and were very hesitant to give the money back and only gave me partial. DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY, GO WITH THE FRIDGE MAKER.
