Mega Furniture - Forum/I35

We came here looking for a sofa/loveseat set for our new apartment, and upon entry Linda made us feel very welcomed! She gave us incredible information about all the sales going on and where in the store we could find specific furniture. She was very helpful throughout the entire process of helping us figure out which set we wanted and the different processes on purchasing our set. In the end, we walked out of there with a new sofa/loveseat set secured! So thank you so much to the entire staff, but especially Linda, for being super helpful and making our process so easy!

First time here and welcomed in by Mary with friendly smile. We let her know what we were looking for and she showed us some options then let us look around by ourselves to see all sofas they had. She came to check on us and answered any questions we had. It was nice chatting with her. We felt no pressure to purchase but we were happy we found what we were looking for! Also, since they were celebrating San Marco's grand opening; all Mega Furniture locations are celebrating with the exact sales! We love that it comes with a free ottoman! Since it's in stock our delivery was as fast as one week from now! Depending on item if in stock and you would like to pick up sooner at their NE interstate location if not delivery fee was $179. What a great experience Again this is my second purchase in this store! Manager John is amazing at his job he is calm and patient, his store is clean all employees are happy and energetic- Amanda helped me pick out my new couch today after walking all around the store with me! And most importantly there prices are great always a sale and will work with you on the price!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mega Furniture for years, and always received great service and great furniture, but all good things must come to an end. On December 8th I purchased a three piece bedroom set, on the 11th the furniture was delivered. When I inspected the furniture I noticed clusters of nail size holes throughout the wood. (Head/Foot board, the dresser, the mirror, and the nightstand) I called Mega and explained the situation, sent them pictures, and now I’m getting the run around from them, the manager won’t call me back, no resolutions yet, except for telling me the holes are part of the aesthetic of the furniture. Really!?! I asked them if this is the case, can they at least give me some kind of discount off the amount I paid, it would only be right, and satisfy a long time customer. As of right now, they keep telling me the approval needs to be made by the general manager, but I can’t get the manager to call me back. So I’m writing this because of frustration and disappointment from a company that has furnished my home on a number of occasions, and now has turned their backs on me. Because of this I will never shop at Mega Furniture again!!!! 😞
