In response to your reply back on my review, this is not accurate. Yes, the first repair was completed at no charge, but when the heating element failed again, I was told I would be charged for the repair I have the text messages to support this.
I also had a licensed electrician inspect my home, including the outlets and the area where the washer and dryer are located, and no issues were found. This information was communicated to your technician immediately.
At this point, the dryer has failed again for the fourth time. Are you seriously suggesting that all of these failures are due to our home? We also had a reputable appliance repair company inspect the unit, and they confirmed the dryer is defective and should not have been sold.
Attempting to shift responsibility onto us is inaccurate and unacceptable. This issue clearly lies with the product itself. I’m happy to take this to court and we can resolve it this issue that way.)
I bought a used dryer from here in October, and it stopped working in less than two weeks. They sent their “repair guy” out, supposedly fixed it, and then it broke AGAIN not even two weeks later. That’s when I reached out, and instead of taking responsibility for selling me junk, they told me I’d have to pay $125 plus parts to fix it. This is after I already paid almost $400 for the dryer and delivery.
I’m honestly fed up. I got to use this dryer a handful of times before it failed twice. Any legitimate business would’ve made this right refund, replacement, or at the very least fixing it for free since their first “repair” clearly didn’t fix anything. But instead, they’re trying to squeeze more money out of me for an appliance that was obviously bad from the start.
Their customer service is awful, their 30-day “warranty” is a joke, and they clearly don’t care what kind of garbage they sell as long as they get your money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
