Richies appliance

I normally try to fix stuff myself, but didn’t want to mess with watching YouTube videos and a multimeter so I called Richie! He came out and had our dryer diagnosed within a few minutes. He had to order some parts so it took a day, but as soon as the parts came in, he promptly came over and repaired the unit. What I appreciate most, is that he’s concerned with more than just fixing the unit. He checked the dryer connection for flow and checked the vent to make sure that it was clear as well. Very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

Mine could be a long review, all great, but I will try to list the high points: * I live 4 hrs from Richie *I have no appliance repair business. * He started out giving me over the phone FREE advice and guidance *My grandson carried the washer to Angelo. Delivered it Monday afternoon. 3 things wrong, but he had it ready to go Tuesday. *I was expecting a much much higher bill than he charged. *I have NOT had any service business in 20 years impress me as much. Extremely friendly, helpful, honest, and willing to go above and beyond, and seeming not as interested in the Almighty dollar of today's businesses who try to get rich on every sale

I called Richie on a Friday afternoon, expecting to hear him say that he could fix my washer (inlet valve leak), but it would be the following week at some point. Instead, he was at my house in about an hour, and within 10 minutes, had taken care of the repair. Quick, efficient, friendly, with reasonable rates. Will definitely use again!
