The guys who delivered my new washer were so sweet. They set everything up super quickly and I had a great experience.

I purchased a 77"OLED LG tv and from beginning to end it was seamless. The installation guys were so patient with me as the old lady that I am and they were so clean and professional. Thank you so 💓 much to all involved. They are the BEST

Don't buy from here. I bought a washer-dryer last week. It broke down after only three uses and won't dry. Today I called to complain, and they sent someone to fix it. The problem was that the machine couldn't dry in normal mode, only in TimeDry mode. After checking and repairing it, they said it was working, but when I tried it again tonight, it wouldn't dry. The fault was due to the machine itself, but they didn't offer a replacement under warranty. The warranty and customer service are terrible. I will never buy from them again. I don't know if it was really a new product, but it broke down after only three uses. I spent a considerable amount of money on a new product but received very poor service. Why should I spend money on a new machine that can only be used in time-dry mode and not in normal mode? If it's a manufacturing defect, I should be entitled to an exchange. I didn't request a return; I just wanted a working machine. What's wrong with that? A manufacturing defect should entitle the customer to a one-for-one replacement. I only used it three times and it's already malfunctioning. How long will this machine last before it breaks down completely?

We had a 15+ year-old Dacor refrigerator develop a seal leak that prevented the freezer door from closing tightly, which was not repairable. Visiting the Wolf Sub-Zero showroom in Dallas, we found that the Sub-Zero met our needs and was a much better fit for our kitchen, and we were especially happy to learn that Gillford Application was an authorized dealer. This unit is very large, but Chris Giffords' crew was methodical in their installation, removing the old unit from a very tight space and ensuring the new Sub-Zero fit perfectly and was well-balanced. We have used Giffords Appliances in the past for kitchen needs and cannot be more appreciative of their fine work and service.

I've purchased appliances from Gifford's two separate times and have been very pleased both times. Their customer service is excellent (thanks Chris!), and their delivery and installation guys are friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. They're the only company I use for my appliances. No more big box stores for me. Thanks Gifford's!
