Everyone at the Best Used Appliance Superstore on Linwood Ave in Shreveport are friendly and helpful. Our old cloths dryer stopped heating to dry cloths so I bought a nicer, newer model from Best Used Appliance Superstore. When I was taking out our old dryer, I took the back off and noticed a connector to the heating element had broken loose. Corey went above and beyond to help me repair the heating element in a safe way. Now our old dryer works, and we are very happy with our newer dryer too. This kind of customer service is rare these days.

I bought a used washer and dryer from these folks 3 months ago. The washer was in fair condition but works - for now. The dryer did not work from the start. Due to the fact I live outside of Shreveport I could not haul the dryer back to them to fix it within the 30 day warranty. What I found after opening up the back of the dryer to repair it on my own is that two wires were completely detached from the thermal fuse and this was confirmed from by a local repair technician. The dryer was never fixed in the first place by this company. After an attempt to have the local repair tech fix the dryer, the dryer still will not heat and dry during all cycles. After purchasing, hauling, and fixing, I could’ve bought new and will now have to purchase new. I’ve lost 500$ in effort with this dryer. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company - Especially if you are outside of the Shreveport area and do not have a means of hauling to and from the facility within the 30 day window of their warranty. You are taking a chance on buying a potential dud.

I had issues with the refrigerator that I bought, but after talking with the owner, they had someone come out to try and fix it, which they were unable to do , so we were given a choice of replacing with a different model (not the same kind) or getting half of our money back. We took the money and called another repair service who fixed it for about the price we were given and it works perfectly now. I did really appreciate the fact that they took the time to reach out to us and try to solve the problems that we were having.
