Johnson's Furniture Appliances & Mattresses

After MONTHS of dealing with NFM trying to get a sofa (still under warranty) repaired, we turned to our local Johnson’s Furniture for help. Even though we didn’t buy the sofa from them, they hooked us up with a repairman and the problem was solved in just a couple of days! Now THAT is customer service! We told the folks at Johnson’s they had just made 2 new customers. Today we ordered a new washer & dryer from them. Oh, plus I’m a sucker for shop dogs, cats, etc. and their Millie is a sweetheart!

My wife and I were had already decided we were going to go with a speed queen washing machine when we walked in to Johnson’s so we weren’t a hard sale. The lady working up front at the desk, however , took time to explain all about the machine including the 7 year ( bumper to bumper ) warranty, who else even does that anymore. All in all it was a comfortable experience. These speed queen machines are well worth the money unless you really like spending a half to two thirds the cost on lesser machines every 5 years or so. Just saying…..
