SCAMMERS BEWARE. - absolute nightmare! I really didn’t want to have post this review as I had hoped the owner, Jessica Diaz would finally show up, do the right thing and be a woman of her word. Unfortunately that has yet to happen and I will no longer be taken advantage of and don’t want anyone else to be either. I purchased a refurbished washer/dryer from this company on 5/16/26 after owner Jessica Diaz assured me every machine is fully disassembled, repaired, cleaned, tested, and backed by a 45-day warranty. Within days, my washer began producing a terrible odor. After running multiple cleaning cycles, large amounts of mold, sludge, and debris came out of the machine. I contacted Jessica on 5/22, and despite repeated follow-ups over the next week, I received little to no communication and no explanation for how a supposedly refurbished and thoroughly cleaned machine could be in this condition. Jessica offered to replace the washer and assured me the replacement had been cleaned and inspected. When it arrived on 6/1, it was also filthy, with mold, hair, soap residue, dust, and dirt throughout the machine. To make matters worse, the installer failed to properly connect the drain hose, causing the washer to flood my kitchen. The dirty water damaged walls, baseboards, and affected the downstairs tenant. The installer initially denied responsibility before admitting he had not completed the installation. The business will need to file an insurance claim to have these damages repaired. After weeks of delays, excuses, poor communication, and two unusable and unsanitary washers, I requested a full refund. Jessica agreed, the machines were picked up on 6/2, and I was told I would receive my refund no later than Friday. That deadline passed with no refund and no response. I followed up AGAIN on Saturday and finally received a refund later that evening. I paid nearly $700 for a washer, dryer, delivery, and installation. Instead, I received two dirty machines, property damage, constant follow-up on my part. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I had done some research on what I wanted to buy to replace my old washer and dryer that finally died. I spent weeks looking online for what I wanted hoping to find something. Finally I decided to go into this place because I had driven by it numerous times and it also had good reviews. the first time I went in I did find something close to what I wanted but not exactly. Yesterday however they had exactly what I wanted and so I bit the bullet and bought a set. I was told to expect delivery between 2-4 the next day, well they came early which delighted me for the install. Just did my first load and I am thrilled. I also called the owner and thanked her and her install crew for the fast delivery and install. She assured me to call if there is anything that needs to be addressed with my purchase. I know used appliances are a gamble, but this place is not. They do all they can to assist and make things right. Thank you again for being here.

I've had two wonderful expirences with A and M. My first experience was in August of 2024. My refrigerator had died and I was without for a refrigerator for weeks, with three young children. My grandmother worked with them and I was delivered a beautiful refrigerator. My existing refrigerator was hauled away and the new one was installed. The new refrigerator had some issues with freezing and proper cooling, and in spite of very pressing issues within the company with their family, they still prioritized repairs for my family. When the repairs proved not to be a definitive solution, they replaced it promptly with an upgraded model for free. Absolutely wonderful and personable customer service. The delivery team was phenomenal. They were quick and efficient. They were respectful of my home and even assisted with removing a baby gate. My second experience was this previous week. My dryer had gone out and I was in desperate need of a new set. I went in person to A and M and I was greeted immediately with a smile. I was shown many products that fit my budget and were what my family needed. I'm completely satisfied with my second delivery expirence and that the same delivery team remembered my home and even offered to assit with the baby gate again!! My appliances work amazingly and I cannot recommend them enough.
