Not only did they beat the big box store price — they absolutely crushed it. I ended up getting my new refrigerator for almost $1,000 less than what I was quoted at the big box store. Same model. Huge difference in price. Curtis was straightforward, honest, and easy to work with. No games, no pressure — just real numbers and real savings. The whole experience felt personal, not corporate. They answered my questions, made sure I understood everything, and took great care of me from start to finish. It’s refreshing to work with a local business that actually delivers on what they advertise. After weeks of trying to repair, I found out my dryer at home was not able to be saved. I went in to hooker and Jacob walked me around to see different options, all within my budget. I walked out having bought a washer in about 20 minutes. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to sell my a bunch of upgrades I didn't need. I picked up my dryer the next day and I am so happy I went with Hooker Appliances! They even let me change my mind on the model last second, and fixed the invoices with no issue!

We had such a positive experience here! We had some referrals from here and we loved the price for an affordable dryer. We didn’t mind the dents in our dryer. We had Rafael and Mason deliver our washer and dryer and they were very professional and mindful of what type of flooring we had and tried to keep it clean. They were so great about calling ahead to let me know there time frame and even helping us install it in our unit. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, from removing the old set to installing my new LG units. The team was courteous, professional, and made sure everything was in perfect working order before they left. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the level of service I received from Hooker appliance I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality appliances and outstanding customer service.
