I don’t have a lot of money, so good customer service truly means a lot to me. When their delivery driver wasn’t able to come through, the owners of the store personally stepped in and made a special delivery themselves to make sure everything still happened on schedule. The team at the Ogden Appliance Store went above and beyond for me, and that kind of care is rare these days. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Great price on a new GE french door refrigerator. Delivery and pick up of our old fridge was convenient, and they even helped take a heavy front door off to get appliances in and out. They were so helpful and happy to help, going above and beyond. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

We recently bought a fridge from this outlet store and it supposedly had cosmetic flaws… but when we unwrapped it, there’s not a blemish in sight! We just got a brand new fridge for a fraction of the cost. At some point in the moving process, a connection on the water hoses at the bottom got crunched and Junior came over to fix it the same day. Super nice staff and a really great experience buying our first fridge. Highly recommend!
