RC Willey

I needed a love seat for a small sitting room. I searched the internet, but one can’t really tell quality or color on the internet. I went to the Orem RC Willey store and with excellent help found the quality and color I wanted. Delivery was outstanding. The love seat was brought carefully into the room, unwrapped in record time, legs on and placed where I wanted it to be. Entire delivery and setup took less than 10 minutes. The delivery men were professional and polite. Thank you RC Willey for having such great people to help your customers.

My husband and I found some really cute vintage cottage core couches on clearance I absolutely fell in love with. He has a buddy who works there and I made some new friends with the reps on the floor. We ended up choosing separate sales representatives to buy items from. I made friends with a wonderful lady named Rose. I will absolutely be coming back to buy more clearance items from her! She was so sweet and showed genuine care towards me and my son while we waited patiently for my husband. This is a great RC Willey I highly recommend checking them out.

Experience at the store at University Mall was great. Salesman Kaelen was awesome. We had cookies and hot cocoa at the cafe. Delivery was on time and efficient, and into positition in our upstair loft. However, one of the bookcases was mismatched: the base has a 3/4-inch spacer on the bottom, making it taller than the other two. We decided it was acceptable (I can pry it off), so we didn't mention it to the delivery guys. No need for any further action on your end.

Lifetime customer here. Bryan Howard is the man. He helped us travel through this couch saga for several months and was the most patient salesperson ever. We’ve had so many purchases with RC Willey and it’s thanks to a customer service experience like this one that keeps bringing us back for more. This sectional couch is at the heart of our brand new home and all of our continuing interior design centers around it. We love it! 5 stars!

We recently moved in to our new home and purchased several appliances. Today they brought a new refrigerator. We couldn’t find where the water valve was to shut off the main water line. They had to leave without installing the refrigerator. We were disappointed but soon after they left we learned how to turn the water off. We called RC Willey and got in touch with our sales rep Easton and he helped us reach out to the delivery guys, who came back and installed our fridge the same day! Thank you for your extra effort in our behalf!!
