Gerald was able to answer my question he didn't have my part in stock and it seems like the part was going to be a part of a kit and he had a good recommendation to save some money and work around it.

I scheduled Appliance Discount Center to remove lint from my dryer. Dale came over, but he wouldn't do it because the gas line flex hose was not long enough to pull the dryer 10 feet from the wall so he could open the back. I told him to just turn off the gas valve and disconnect it. He said that he's not allowed to do that. Of course, that is the same gas line flex hose that was there when Appliance Discount Center installed the dryer years ago. So why could they turn off the gas valve then and not now? He didn't know. I asked him for a company that would come and replace the gas line with a longer one. He didn't know. So he charged me a $100 service call, did nothing to help me, and left. You might want to beware of the limited abilities of Appliance Discount Center's technicians before scheduling them to come out.

Oh my goodness. I am so grateful! Gerald extended his schedule to look at my washing machine for me. He was very thorough! My washing machine needed a replacement part but he not only fixed that but noticed the machine was not level which would cause it to shake and it would feel like an earthquake lol. He fixed the legs for me. He even looked at my dryer and cleaned out the lint trap . He was not originally planning on looking at the dryer. He gave me tips to save money and he also educated me on how to make the most out of my machine. I’m so grateful!

Called and was told that if they came out and looked at my dryer there would be a service fee, but if I took it in they would look at it quick. So 45 min drive in with the dryer and they still charged me a $60 service fee? Why did I drive it in then? What a joke! Drove back today to pick it up and maps states they are open until 6 pm. Nope. They close at 5 pm. Awesome. So a 45 min drive back home to pick it up tomorrow.

We are customers of long standing and have always had good experiences with ADC. We had an appliance repair gentleman around 2/27/23 to look at our dishwasher, bought from you (Maytag with a 10-year warranty), that developed a leak we were having trouble identifying. He did some things that ultimately did not solve the problem and charged us around $167. In fact, the leak grew worse. 3 days ago, we decided to get aggressive and see if we could determine ourselves where the leak was coming from. This was fairly easy once we pulled the kick panel off. We do not think ADC's repair guy bothered to run the dishwasher, but we tried running it empty and had an answer in less than 5 minutes. We videoed the leak and emailed the video to the address ADC gave us. We have not yet heard from anyone from ADC. We figured with a video in hand, someone would at least call and say they got the vid and recognized the general area the leak was coming from (it looks like it's from a very specific part). If we had not called this morning, I doubt we would have heard because the best they could do was say our serviceman had left for the day (Friday) and would not be back until Monday. When at this rate, no one even then would have bothered to contact us. This is not acceptable. We're having to run our dishwasher with a cake plate under the leak so we can have clean dishes. This leak has affected the laminate flooring we have in the kitchen, and, while that's not their job, the longer this leak goes on, the worse that eventual repair will be. We'd like at least the feeling that ADC is taking this repair and its complete failure seriously.
