We went to RC Willey with wood for the next help. You can imagine heavy, the helpful employee gave to me and everyone there a help to have in our vehicle. At home we were more relaxed. We have in our home before the time expected. They gave me direction how to be handled my maintenance too.

They arrived within delivery window. However, they didn’t set the fire place correctly. My nephew had to center it so we could see the numbers on the display window. The fireplace wasn’t leveled. We also noticed a ding on the corner of the fire place after they left. There wasn’t a team lift with the entertainment center carrying it in which may have caused the ding. They seemed like they were in a hurry.

John Conrad is an excellent salesman for helping us with our living room and bedrooms for mattresses, and living space. He's patient and not pushy like most sales persons. Our delivery arrived and installed very quickly. The 2nd half of delivery next week because 2 items were from out of state, in transit. The quality is awesome. The mattress is fantastic. I slept very well and didn't have a back ache in the morning. Would recommend shopping here.
