Basin Appliance went above and beyond by helping me with a warranty claim on a refrigerator I didn’t even purchase from them. That experience showed me I should have bought from them in the first place—and I definitely learned my lesson. When it came time to replace my washing machine, I knew exactly where to go. Aaron, Joe, and the entire team were exceptional! Their customer service and willingness to help truly set them apart.

Super unprofessional. The front desk is extremely unhelpful. Horrible communication and blaming each other for issues. Corey is great to work with but that’s about it. Definitely won’t be going back.
