If I could rate this company with a big fat zero I would! Terrible customer service when you leave a message or email they do not respond and at times they just show up months after. I have spent thousands of dollars on diagnosing an icing up issue and Tatro’s has replaced every part but the correct one since the refrigerator still ices up and we have to manually defrost it every few months, this has been going on for years now. It’s a high end unit that we don’t want to replace. Do NOT use this company, use Cocoplum they are at least communicative.

Pasting the experience I shared with the owner: Hi Mark, I just paid a past due invoice. I want you to know I don't agree with services provided on the bill -- at all. Your team came out and told me the unit was fine. I had to send a video proving it was not working-- when they came out again they tested the unit and said "well it probably has a bad main unit" -- when I asked if that would fix it they said "we don't really know, we'll start there but there might be other things wrong with it." Clearly your team lacks the necessary tools or expertise to diagnose issues. Rather than keep going back and forth replacing parts that "might be bad" I threw the entire unit out and bought a new one. I'm super disappointed in the outcome. Do you really expect customers to just keep replacing parts (on their dime) in hopes something works?

The freezer was dying in my fridge (cold but not solidly freezing). Tatros took 2 weeks to come, and then they said it was "fixed," but eventually would need a new part, and they would order it. It was not fixed and they never ordered the part. Called and emailed repeatedly leaving messages because they didn't answer the phone or return messages. A week later, they sent me an email saying they were going to order the part, but it had to be paid for first. Tried calling for 4 days to give credit card #. They did not answer the phone or return messages. Finally answered the phone and I gave them the credit card number and appt was scheduled for a week later. The repairman installed the part and created a leak, so the water to the fridge needed to be shut off. He left saying it was "fixed." The next morning, the entire unit was dead. Came back 5 days later and said it needed a condenser. I was irritated having paid over $600 for them to "fix" the fridge, only for them to actually kill it. Repairman called the owner (while I was there) and left him a message that he needed to call me. He even sent him a text. CRICKETS! I wrote and called them numerous times over the next few days. No response to this day, 3 1/2 weeks later. I bought a new fridge elsewhere. When they tried to install it they showed me that the water line to the ice maker was broken. The Tatro's repairman, who broke it, never told me that the flood he created actually broke the pipe and would need to be replaced. I had to pay a plumber to come install a new pipe. Total cost for all of the "repairs" ... 2 months without a refrigerator/freezer and about $1000, and this did not include the price of the new refrigerator. BUYER BEWARE!

Our Refrigerator went and Service was out in a day or so. We needed a new refrigerator and they replaced it within a day and a half. Their service was outstanding. We were very pleased with everything.

Took over a month for them to come back after replacing the wrong part the first time. I called 2 weeks after and was told they would reach back out and let me know when the correct part would be in. Never called back until a few days before thanks giving. When they came to repair the broken part they looked like they were having trouble with space so my husband offered them a table to set our dishwasher front panel on they said “no” and set it on top of the dishwasher when they pulled it out. Well we have had this dishwasher for 9 months and never once had any cosmetic issues other then the one that it had out of the box, now it has a bunch of gouge marks like the panel was being tubed on something metal which wouldn’t surprise me since they set it on the top of the dishwasher. They reinstalled it and never said a word left the dishwasher insulation also sticking out the sides. Who’s going to fix this now but us. Not impressed
