Jaden and Eladio provided great service, delivery on time, worked to remove the old dryer and replace it with a new one in a very small space. They did a complete hook-up and were perfectionists, getting the machine level on an uneven floor. Several thumbs up.

My wife and I moved to Fairlee recently and were in the market for some new appliances. We liked that they were a local option and appreciated how easy their website was to use, so we decided to go with UVA. Jaden was an excellent communicator throughout the process, and he and his team (including one of their subcontractors, Daryl Clay) were willing to be flexible as we tried to find time between both the move and our work schedules. The level of support they offer is simply awesome. Now we have some shiny new appliances, including the nicest stove we’ve ever cooked on. I highly recommend UVA - they’ve definitely got our business going forward!

What a great experience ... Today my old washing machine was taken out and this lovely new one installed by a terrific twosome: Jared and Ladio I can't praise them enough for their professionalism and their cheerfulness despite the sub zero weather! I HIGHLY recommend Upper Valley Appliance.
