The hot tub was delivered by a crew of four. After taking it off the trailer, it was placed on a pad and slid over to the deck, then up the steps to the deck surface. After positioning it in place, I was given an informative owner's package. It was a smooth operation. Impressive!

Excellent experience. Our microwave died and we needed a new one right away. They had several in stock. The first one my wife brought home was too big to fit in the space we had. She returned it for a smaller one and they even gave us a refund on the spot since it was a little less than we had paid for the original. Good people!

The salesman Steve Trout was very helpful . He was not pushy as .well. He accommodated our request for a delivery before the end of the following week, our new clothes dryer came as agreed with 3 guys to install it. They arrived just ahead of the specified delivery time and were done with everything in less than a half hour. Good job, good service, thank you all at Brook Valley in Manchester, VT Mary Sullivani

Highly recommend! From purchase to repair they are responsive, transparent, and knowledgeable. I originally purchased a full kitchen appliance suite from a well know Rutland shop but they were not truthful with delivery times and they were very difficult overall. I tried another well know Rutland shop that tired to sell me appliances I did not want and were significantly more expensive than what I wanted. I also tried the other Manchester shop and they took weeks to respond and ultimately could not deliver the appliances I wanted. Brook Valley not only had what I wanted, they responded within 48 hours and delivered when I needed. From purchase to delivery and install, they were efficient, very competitively priced, and extremely knowledgeable. While I did need a repair visit, they were responsive and fixed my appliance without issue. I am so happy they are my appliance store!
