Chuck's Appliance Services

I do not recommend using Chuck appliances. I spent over $1000 with them for troubleshooting and it was the wrong part multiple times. They were terrible at communicating and are unreliable. I was without a washer and dryer for two months due to their lack of competency. After spending this money with them, the problem is still not solved and now I have to buy a new washer and dryer set completely Go anywhere else

Chuck and his wife are a dream team. Helpful, kind, pragmatic and timely. They have helped me with various appliance repairs over the years.. recently my dryer. Chuck is always balancing the cost of repair versus replacement.. which is a tough call for anyone. Plus they are lovely to work with.. fair, good, Vermonters. I strongly recommend and will continue to use.

I was referred to Chuck’s by Home Depot service. They agreed to take my service call, but then didn’t show up and didn’t return my calls for multiple days. When they did call back, they were unapologetic about not showing up and making it impossible for us to reschedule through Home Depot because they had already accepted the bid. Ridiculous and frustrating to interact with.

Had a great experience. He arrived early for the appointment. The problem was with our washer/dryer combo. He explained the situation which was basically he could repair it but given the age and condition of the unit he suggested not repairing and purchasing a new one- which we did. He was very nice and the service call was minimal. Would definitely recommend. We live in Stowe. I selected him because he had good ratings on Angie's List.
