I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or services — just straightforward, trustworthy advice. He also went above and beyond by providing great recommendations and contacts for other contractors in the area. Great guy, very professional, and clearly takes pride in doing right by his customers. Shawn was fantastic! He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly, which I really appreciated. He initially came out to repair my dryer, and when I mentioned that my washing machine wasn't cleaning clothes well, he was able to diagnose and fix that issue on the spot. Found Shawn online after calling two local appliance stores because I needed help with a Miele Dishwasher. It wouldn’t drain right. There is hardly anyone in this area that can fix a Miele dishwasher except Shawn. Shawn was quick to respond to a text message I sent him and fit me into his schedule within 2 hours of contacting him. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. Shawn was fantastic. He fixed our noisy dishwasher quickly, but what really impressed us, was that he also went the extra mile to make it fit better in the space.
