After a nightmare return/cancellation experience with LG and Best Buy where we were left without a refrigerator, Glebe Appliances saved the day. Within 15 minutes we were able to place an order, they coordinated a loaner refrigerator for next day drop off and within 3 days had a great new Kitchenaid delivered and installed at a competitive price. After weeks of back and forth with the big box stores, Glebe Appliances really came through for us. I’d highly recommend to anyone in the market for new home appliances. Very friendly, excellent service.

Glebe Appliances provided excellent service and were very easy to deal with. They were very considerate of the limitations of space available for my appliances, and of my schedule for delivery. I was impressed that they inspected my appliances before sending them out for delivery, returned one of them to the manufacturer when a dent was discovered which prevented it functioning properly, and kept me informed during the whole process. Despite these delays, I am now happy with my purchases.

Our refrigerator died on a Sunday. On a Monday morning at 9 AM, we went to Glebe Radio & Appliance. Monday at noon, we had a brand new GE fridge. Granted, there was a delivery opening that day and we chose a floor model, but Dabney was very accommodating and gracious. We were pleasantly astonished by how fast and smooth everything went. The pricing was excellent; they took away our old fridge for only an extra $25. Definitely recommend this gem of a local business.

Great experience from start to finish. Purchased a new gas cooktop from Glebe Appliance which included removal of the old unit and expert installation. Very pleased with the support Glebe Appliance provided in selecting a quality unit which would also fit the opening in our island. Price was a slightly below direct cost from the manufacturer with discounts applied. The cooktop was delivered and installed as promised. Couldn't have asked for a nicer, more competent installer. Juan worked quickly and cleanly. Looks and works great! Very pleased to recommend Glebe Appliance.

10 out of 10 - AWESOME Delivery from Ray and Anthony! Anyone can SELL YOU what you want - it's all about getting it delivered and set up in our opinion. It ain't easy to get big appliances set up and delivered but these guys do IT RIGHT! (See pictures below) THANK YOU - Ray and Anthony! Great job! Dabney, the owner, also is great! He give you solid HONEST advice! So ... forget the big stores and check out Glebe Radio & appliances store on Lee/Langston Hwy! BTW, we were educated that you can't get parts for some of these Japanese refrigerators and there is little to no technical support when something goes wrong! Great dealing with you Dabney for over 20 years now!!
