My 4 yo drier died on me. This company had a brand new machine (matching our washer) installed same day! They care about doing good work, were super responsive, and made sure we got a machine that matched and fit our space perfectly. I honestly could not have asked for more. This place is a gem.

They are very knowledgeable and honest about the various appliances, and helped us to find exactly what we needed within our price range. Delivery and installation was also very easy! They brought everything in, installed it, and showed us how it fit, how it worked, and what we might need later. Overall, 5 stars!

Cville Appliances: Zafar (Zee) provides high-quality appliances, kind, friendly service, and swift delivery, and he consistently goes the extra mile to help. As a busy mom, I struggled to find a quality refrigerator in Charlottesville until I discovered Charlottesville Appliances. Initially, I was hesitant to purchase based solely on online listings; we all know how that can go, lol. I visited the store and met Zee, who was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. He worked with my budget, arranged prompt delivery, and even assisted with the removal of my old refrigerator. Thanks to Zee, I now have a beautiful, fully functional stainless steel Frigidaire. I highly recommend Charlottesville Appliances and working with Zee, especially if you’re on a budget but still value quality. I highly recommend Zafar with Charlottesville Appliances.

Zee helped us find a refrigerator very quickly when our stopped working during the holidays. They matched competitive prices, delivered and removed our old one within a few days! They were very appreciative of the business and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.
