What a great experience we had with G &H Appliance. Adam Davis was a great help in helping us to make our selection of a new dryer. He also offered us options for repair of our old dryer. The prices were comparable to the big box stores. They have a surcharge if you use a credit card, but when I said I did not have my checkbook, they were happy to allow me to pay by check upon the delivery of the machine. They scheduled the delivery for two days later, but subsequently called to say they could deliver it the next afternoon. Mike and Jordan arrived on time and installed the machine promptly. They were all very nice to work with. We are new to the area and very happy to find an independent appliance dealer who will stand behind their product without trying to sell you an extended warranty.

Every staff member who worked with me was professional and courteous. Jeff answered my questions about the washer replacement I needed, and gave me a great deal. Mike and Jordan did a wonderful job installing the new washer, making sure it ran perfectly and I was 100% satisfied before leaving. Supporting local businesses is important and G&H will continue to be my go-to for appliances.

Upon purchasing a new home, I had to purchase several new appliances. I am so happy that I chose G&H appliances in Christiansburg, VA. Adam was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my home. The appliances are very high quality, they look beautiful and fit the space very well; not to mention they arrived in a very timely manner. G&H installed the appliances with no issues. I am new to the area. G&H was recommended. Right away I purchased my washer and dryer from them. Purchase and installation was perfect. Next came the dishwasher. Had a bit of a hiccup with water flow. Was diagnosed and corrected the next day. Now works perfectly. Last week I purchased a new range/stove. Would not consider going anywhere else for appliances. Local, nice, helpful people. And as far as I know and have been told, any ‘after’ issues are addressed quickly. Thanks.
