All our newest appliances have come from here. Dishwasher was the latest. We also have a stove, microwave and refrigerator from here. Next will be washer and dryer in a few years. Great service, freindly staff. They even un-installed the old one, installed the new and took the old to the dump. Couldn't ask for more... Oh and this was on Christmas Eve. And it ran flawlessly on first use.

We recently experienced a problem with our cook top. Our representative was Ms. Ashley, from the Appliance Place and Ms. Tammie, from GE. They replaced the cook top. Thank you! The technicians were Mr. Josh and Mr. Logan. They gave us a courtesy call and arrived on time. Replaced the cook top. Josh and Logan were friendly, and did an outstanding installation job and caring for our home. Everyone involved in this process provided exemplary customer service. I recently renovated a house and outfitted all my appliances from the appliance place, and couldn’t be happier with everything. install went very smooth, they were able to make all the adjustments necessary given the age of my house. I had a few things that needed to be adjusted with my gas range, and the technician they sent out, Jay was so knowledgeable and fixed my problems very quickly, plus he was a joy to be around. highly recommend.

I visited this store after visiting the big box stores. Gave salesman pic of current fridge dimensions and I was able to go a size bigger. On delivery day, I expected disappointment because the guys said the fridge wouldn’t fit thru door. Nothing they couldn’t handle they said, we’ll disassemble and reassemble in the house!!!! In less than a hr, fridge installed, running. A truly great experience and if I need appliances in future, I’m going back to this store. Highly recommended.

This week our family was hosting a celebration of life for my mom. The morning before our dishwasher went kaput, I called The Appliance Place because I knew for certain that a bog box store wasn’t going to be able to provide any quick solutions. I talked to Mark and after explaining the situation he said he would see what the could do and he would call me back. Which he did WITHIN 10 minutes. They new dishwasher was delivered the next morning. Some may call it good business- I call it kindness. Thank you!
