When our refrigerator died suddenly last week, I did quite a bit of research on refrigerators online and decided on the replacement. Next, I had to decide where to purchase my choice. As I have so often in the past, I chose Bray and Scarff in Fairfax. Umesh Vyas assisted me over the phone and he was very efficient and helpful. I was able to do it all in one call. He followed up with information and reminders for the delivery. The delivery today was prompt, professional and efficient. Our delivery team, Jason and Ben, were very respectful of our home and took great care not to damage walls, floors, and cabinetry. The refrigerator was perfectly positioned and all packing materials were removed before they left. This sort of attention to detail by the sales staff and delivery teams is why I have purchased appliances over and over from Bray and Scarff.

I am delighted when I encounter a business where the behaviors of the representative(s) demonstrate a customer-first culture. My spouse and I recently purchased a refrigerator/freezer unit from the Fairfax Bray and Scarff store. The moment we entered the store we were warmly greeted by Billy Harris, Store Manager. We felt welcomed and valued, even before we’d decided to purchase the refrigerator/freezer. Mr. Harris listened to us, he understood our intent, and our “must have” features in the unit. He addressed all of our questions and explained product features that aligned with our intent. There was no sales push, just a productive and helpful dialogue. From purchase through delivery Mr. Harris and his team were incredibly responsive, pro-active and professional. This is what exceptional customer service looks like! The next time I need a major appliance, Bray and Scarff will be my first stop.

This covers sales, delivery and installation of a GE profile range and a GE French door refrigerator. For sales: Rodney at this address did a super job. The units I replaced were 18 years old, so styles and features have changed quite a bit. He was extremely patient in explaining the features on the new units. There was some question in my mind whether new refrigerator would fit in the space; he assured me that the installation team would measure,check and show me before they began work. He also assured me that if it did not fit, they would return the unit and either help me find a unit that DID fit or refund my money. As it turned out, it fit, so I didn’t need to use that promise, but it made me feel far. more confident. I recommend him wholeheartedly. *****. 5 stars, all the way around. Installation: Ben K and Jason did the installation and delivery. They are Bray and Scarff employees, take pride in their work, and it shows. They were careful, courteous, neat, efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. Ben K did the measuring on the ‘fridge; they had to remove the doors on the old unit to remove it from the house, and then remove the doors on the new unit to get it into the house. There wasn’t a single ding or nick on the paint anywhere. Outstanding team. Again, ***** 5 stars!
