We needed a new mattress. Tim was very patient and knowledgeable as he led us through the process of finding something to our liking. We tried many many mattresses. He was very patient: knew the products and the prices and worked with the manager to give us extend the discount by $50. NO coercion just service. Everyone in the store was like this. We'll go back.

Our experience at Schewels furniture was a great experience yet again. We have purchased furniture here before and I’ve always had a very good experience and been treated very well. This time we had to work through the warranty of the company because of an issue with the dining room table and the warranty experience with Schewels was superb and easy and painless. Last time at the store we dealt with Mike and this time we also had Mike. He was excellent to work with, very patient, and helped us problem solve as we looked to purchase a new dining room table. This is how sales should be done.. Everyone in the store seems concerned that the customer has a good experience and is able to get what they want from the manager of the store to the sales person in the store to the person who finalized the purchase. This is a great place to buy furniture. Shout out to the warranty that we purchased because they actually fulfilled their promise.
