Fantastic experience with Matt D. in the Virginia Beach ECA Builder location when selecting and ordering appliances for a major home remodel. He was very easy to work with, flexible with his time, informative with his demonstrations and knowledge of all things appliances, and worked hard to get us the best possible value. Really happy with the overall experience and can't wait to finish the project and use the appliances!

East Coast Appliance just delivered our new Speed Queen washer and dryer combo. We bought set on Sunday and it was delivered the next morning. East Coast had many brands to choose from but we knew Speed Queen was the best choice for our needs. Our set arrived ans scheduled and delivery crew, Darius, Rashawn and Jamari (Truck 22) were efficient and careful of our property. We are looking forward to many years of problem free laundering.

Kenny and Carlos delivered my new appliances this morning, great communications from the team at East Coast Appliance, special thanks to Kyle the salesman and Kenny and Carlos on truck#1. Now on to installation, I didn’t want to give up my man card so I’m doing it myself, but now kinda wished that I had East Coast handle that too.
