We had an issue with our gas oven. Definitely something I didn't want to play around with. I contacted them at approximately 1230pm and they had somebody out by 230pm. Our technician was Mark and he diagnosed and fix the problem immediately. Not an easy task when there's dogs barking, kids running around and a husband and wife arguing about how much gas smell there was coming from the oven lol.

Priority Appliance LLC is a God send. I hope that Travis and Mark are okay. I have not had a returned phone call about my dryer plug. Travis knows how to replace dryer plugs and makes it look easy. If he sees this review I hope he calls me back please. Thank you.
